How do I switch from my old bank?
Use the Current Account Switch Service to move everything in 7 working days.
Apex is a participant in the Current Account Switch Service (CASS).
Once your Apex account is open, tap 'Switch to Apex' in the app, enter your old bank's details, and pick a switch date.
Everything — direct debits, standing orders, incoming payments — moves automatically within 7 working days.
