Do you charge for card replacement?
Replacement card pricing on Standard, Plus and Premium.
Standard customers pay £5 for a replacement plastic card (the first one is free).
Plus and Premium customers get free replacements, including expedited delivery.
Metal card replacements (Premium only) are free but limited to one per 12-month period.
