How do I close my Apex account?
Steps to close your account and what happens to your data.
Tap your profile → Settings → Close account.
You'll be asked to withdraw or transfer any remaining balance, cancel active direct debits or standing orders (or switch them to another bank), and confirm your closure.
We keep your data for 6 years after closure to comply with UK anti-money-laundering regulations. You can reopen an account any time.
