How do I freeze my card?
Freeze and unfreeze your Apex card instantly from the app.
Open the Apex app, tap 'Card' at the bottom of the screen, then tap the 'Freeze' toggle at the top of the card details page.
Your card will be blocked immediately for all purchases, ATM withdrawals and online payments. To unfreeze, tap the toggle again — it's instant.
Freezing your card does not stop existing direct debits or standing orders. If you think your card has been stolen, tap 'Card lost or stolen' instead, and we'll cancel it and post you a replacement.
