Why was my payment declined?
Common reasons a card payment fails and how to retry it.
Payments can be declined for a few reasons: insufficient balance, your card is frozen, the merchant looks suspicious to our fraud engine, or the merchant category is blocked in your card settings (e.g. gambling).
Open the app and tap the declined transaction — we'll tell you exactly why.
If we blocked it for security, you can approve it in one tap and try again.
